| MAKING WAVES: Are You in a Crisis? Try Prayer! |
| Posted on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 9:10 AM |
|
Reflecting back over the past couple of weeks on the tragic events in Boston and the deadly explosion in Texas, the strength and kindness of humanity showed resilience that I don’t think the U.S. has seen since the aftermath of September 11th. Millions of people came together across the country, showing their faith and offering thoughts and prayers to both parts of the country. The messages of “We Are Boston,” “We Are West,” and “We Are One,” resounded loud and clear. It is never more clear than in times of uncertainty and turmoil, that the human race can come together to show support and courage. Read More » |

![]() Late last month during an event for cancer treatment research Glenn Beck said “cancer crosses all lines.” Although Beck as the choice keynote speaker for the Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation National Conference was controversial to some — seen in comments from the foundation’s Facebook page — he said “we’re all in this together.” And, as the Erie Times-News reported, Beck wasn’t talking about politics during the event either.
